Hours of operation:
24/7 if the therapy was scheduled and confirmed during the attention hours to book.
Business hours to book:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
*During holidays, customer service is not offered. However, if you have made a reservation within our regular operating hours, we guarantee the service as agreed.

Surcharge schedule
$15,000 COP (per therapist)
- For therapies before 7:00 am.
- Monday to Saturday, for therapies concluding after 8:00 pm.
- Sundays and holidays, for therapies concluding after 7:00 pm.
$30,000 COP (per therapist)
- Monday to Saturday, therapies starting after 9:30 pm.
- Sundays and holidays, therapies starting after 8:00 pm.
